3 WHETHER OR NOT ROSE BUSH ROOTS ARE INVASIVE?

All of Climbing rose bushes are own root,rose bush roots are commonly referred to as non-invasive. Rose bushes are not known to displace foundations or water pipes. 

The roots of roses will spread in the direction of the water. So if you have leaking pipes the rose roots will grow towards them. These can normally not cause any damage as they are not strong enough.

Climbing roses don't bloom much their first season or two because they are growing to their full height. That takes a lot of energy. It's like fruit trees.
